Terms & Conditions

  1. Booking Confirmation

    • A minimum advance payment is required to confirm the booking.

    • Booking is confirmed only after receipt of the advance amount and confirmation from the organizer.

  2. Balance Payment

    • The remaining tour amount must be paid before the trip departure or as communicated by the organizer.

  3. Cancellation Policy

    • Cancellation charges will apply based on the date of cancellation.

    • No refund will be provided for unused services, no-shows, or early departures.

    • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–14 working days.

  4. Itinerary Changes

    • The itinerary is subject to change due to weather conditions, road closures, government regulations, natural calamities, or operational reasons.

    • The tour organizer reserves the right to alter or cancel any activity in the interest of guest safety.

  5. Accommodation

    • Hotels/Houseboats are provided as per the package category or similar, subject to availability.

    • Standard hotel check-in and check-out timings will apply.

  6. Transportation

    • Transportation will be provided as per the itinerary.

    • Vehicle type depends on the group size and operational requirements.

  7. Adventure Activities

    • Activities such as Gondola Ride, Skiing, Snowboarding, ATV Ride, Pony Ride, etc., are optional unless specifically mentioned in the package.

    • Participation is entirely at the guest's own risk.

  8. Guest Responsibility

    • Guests are responsible for their personal belongings throughout the trip.

    • Any damage caused to hotel property or vehicles by the guest must be borne by the guest.

  9. Travel Documents

    • Every traveler must carry a valid Government-issued Photo ID during the trip.

  10. Liability

  • The organizer shall not be liable for any loss, injury, accident, illness, theft, flight/train delays, missed connections, baggage loss, or expenses arising from circumstances beyond its control.

  1. Force Majeure

  • No compensation or refund shall be applicable for cancellations or disruptions caused by natural disasters, heavy snowfall, landslides, political unrest, strikes, pandemics, or any other force majeure events.

  1. Medical Fitness

  • Guests should ensure they are medically fit for travel. Any pre-existing medical condition should be disclosed before booking.

  1. Behavior Policy

  • Guests are expected to maintain respectful behavior towards fellow travelers, local residents, hotels, and staff.

  • The organizer reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is disruptive, illegal, or unsafe without any refund.

  1. Photography & Promotion

  • Photographs and videos captured during the trip may be used by the organizer for promotional purposes unless the guest requests otherwise in writing.

  1. Jurisdiction

  • Any disputes arising out of the tour shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in the city where the tour organizer is registered.

  1. Acceptance

  • By confirming the booking, the guest acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the Terms & Conditions, Important Notes, and Cancellation Policy.

Before You Travel

  • Carry a valid Government Photo ID (Aadhaar, Passport, Driving License, etc.) during the trip.

  • Due to weather, road conditions, or government restrictions, the itinerary may be modified without prior notice.

  • Gulmarg Gondola tickets are subject to availability and are recommended to be booked in advance.

  • Snow activities (skiing, snowboarding, ATV rides, snow bikes, pony rides, etc.) are optional and payable directly.

  • Heavy snowfall may cause temporary road closures or delays. The itinerary will be adjusted accordingly for guest safety.

  • December–January temperatures can range between -8°C to 8°C. Carry adequate winter clothing, thermal wear, waterproof shoes, gloves, woolen caps, and jackets.

  • Mobile connectivity may be limited in certain remote areas.

  • Guests are requested to follow instructions from the tour leader and local authorities at all times.

  • Check-in and check-out timings are as per hotel policy (generally 12:00 PM check-in and 11:00 AM check-out).

  • Consumption of alcohol or any illegal substances in public places is strictly prohibited.

  • Respect local customs, traditions, religious places, and environmental guidelines. Do not litter.

  • The company is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by weather conditions, natural calamities, political disturbances, flight/train delays, or government regulations.

  • Travel insurance is highly recommended for added protection.

  • Any additional expenses arising due to unforeseen circumstances shall be borne by the guest.

  • Please report any medical conditions or dietary requirements before the trip begins.
